This inline full-automatic selective soldering machine is a precision and cost-effective device for continuous mass production. It integrates flux spraying, gradient preheating and soldering functions, supporting modular expansion and inline connection with production lines. Suitable for multi-layer PCBs, common copper boards and medium-low heat-absorbing boards, it improves soldering accuracy and tin penetration while boosting production efficiency.

The high-stability solder pot outputs stable and uniform tin wave for consistent soldering quality. The gradient preheating activates flux and removes board moisture, compensating component heat loss. It solves common issues like uneven temperature and poor tin penetration, and prevents PCB thermal shock and warpage. With precision track feeding and movable solder pot, each soldering point supports independent parameter adjustment, eliminating welding defects and ensuring stable mass production quality.

Supporting full-automatic unmanned inline operation, the machine adapts to high-efficiency mass manufacturing. It is compatible with double-sided PCBs, high-bottom-component boards, thick copper and high-density boards. Mobile Solder Pot Design

Equipped with top hot air and bottom infrared preheating for uniform heating on PCB boards. It delivers superior and consistent tin penetration, effectively eliminating common welding defects to meet high-precision PCB soldering standards.

Selective flux spray system

1.Compared to traditional spraying, our selective fluxing reduces consumption by ~90% and lowers ionic contamination.

2.The minimum spray diameter is 0.01mm, supporting no-clean processes.
3.Positioning Accuracy:The system is driven by dual-axis servo motors. This ensures high repeatability,in positioning, which is critical for maintaining consistent flux deposition on high-density assemblies and preventing misalignment during soldering.

1. Easy & Rapid Programming Operation
Ultra-simplified programming mode: draw point or line paths directly on the base image. It supports PCB scanning via high-precision CCD, Gerber file import, and image upload by mobile phone shooting. Programs for each PCB can be recalled anytime for fast product changeover. 

2. Independent Parameter Tuning & Cycle Simulation

Each soldering spot supports independent parameter adjustment: Z-axis height, wave height, moving speed, tin retracting speed and duration.

After path setup, the system calculates total soldering time automatically to assist engineers in cycle time evaluation and production scheduling.

3. Full Parameter Logging & Excel Export

The system fully records complete selective soldering process data. All process parameters can be exported as Excel reports for quality traceability and process standardization, enabling accurate parameter replication and stable mass production for identical products.

4. Full-process CCD Visual Monitoring 
Built-in CCD visual system provides real-time full-process soldering monitoring. The whole soldering process can be saved to detect defects like missing solder, cold solder and joint offset. 
Saved visual records act as archives for post-soldering inspection and quality traceability, maintaining consistent soldering quality in mass production.
